This is a new edition of Astra Jigsaw from Lena Games, now presenting a whole new collection of jigsaws with photographs of India. Apart from the Taj Mahal and other landmarks, you will get the chance to see scenes of the daily life in India, street fairs, traditional foods, and also pictures of typical celebrations and scenes portraying the country's traditional and spiritual side.
Puzzles come into an intuitive interface that offers multiple options for you to create jigsaws of different difficulty levels. With a scrolling bar you select the number of pieces your puzzle will have and, besides, there is also a varied set of piece shapes to choose from, which include the typical puzzle figure and also non conventional pieces with the form of animals, letters, and numbers. To make your puzzle a bit more challenging, you can activate piece rotation, place pieces randomly on the board, and play without a frame.
Once on the board, you will see that completing a puzzle is very easy with the handy tools the program has to offer. If your puzzle is made up of hundreds of pieces, you can use the pockets or additional windows to organize them, and use the magnifying glass to take a closer look at tiny pieces. You can also save your puzzle to continue playing later, and change the background color for one that is according to your current picture.
The trial version of the game comes with five photographs and is fully functional, while the full version offers 100 pictures and the chance of downloading new ones from within the program.
